Pick a competitor instead if: You live entirely in Gmail and want AI-first inbox search — Shortwave's AI is native to the inbox — thread bundling, AI search, and summaries built specifically for Gmail. If you never touch Outlook and $30-120/seat/month is acceptable, Shortwave fits closer than a general assistant. You need Outlook support and want the fastest possible inbox — Superhuman covers both Gmail and Outlook with keyboard-first navigation built for raw email speed. Jarvis is not a keyboard-first email client; it manages email through a connector from a floating bar. You want to keep your current email client and just add AI drafting — Fyxer installs into Gmail or Outlook as an overlay rather than requiring a switch, and attends your meetings for notes.
