Where Gemini is the better choice

Your work already lives in Google Workspace — Gemini reads and writes across Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive natively, with no connectors to authorise and nothing to configure. Jarvis connects to Gmail and Google Calendar over OAuth, but it is reaching in from outside. If Google is where the work is, Gemini is doing that work more directly.
You want a capable assistant for nothing — The Gemini free tier with an ordinary Google account is substantially more generous than 40 requests a week. If you are not ready to pay for an assistant at all, that is a real argument and it is why Gemini scores 7 on price against Jarvis's 6.
