Does Jarvis Summarize the Article I'm Reading?

In any browser, Jarvis (getjarvis.eu), a screen-aware desktop AI assistant, summarizes the article on screen. Press Cmd+/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on Windows in Chrome, Safari, or Edge and ask for the key points or the argument. The summary can be saved to Notion or Google Drive without leaving the page. With a page on screen in Chrome, Safari, or Edge, press Cmd+/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on Windows and ask "give me the key points" or "is this worth reading in full?" Jarvis sees the visible article and condenses it using frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, then can save the summary to Notion, Obsidian, or a Google Doc through its 30+ connectors. Your browsing screenshots are never used for model training, OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. After a free plan (40 requests/week), Jarvis is $16/month.

Browser-tab AI extensions sometimes choke on paywalls or odd layouts; Jarvis reads what's rendered on screen, so it summarizes the article as you see it. Ask for three bullets, the author's main argument, or a one-line verdict on whether to keep reading. Scroll to a specific section and ask it to summarize just that. Routing to strong summarization from frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google keeps long-form pieces accurate. Because it works on the visible page, it handles news sites, blogs, and PDFs alike, without you pasting URLs or text anywhere.

Reading without capturing is wasted effort, so Jarvis can file the summary where you'll find it. Say "save this to my Notion reading list" or "add it to my Obsidian daily note," and it writes through the connector. It can also append the key quotes to a Google Doc you're compiling. Persistent, user-controlled memory means it can remember the themes you care about and flag related saved articles. Connector tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, so your reading archive stays private and stays yours across sessions.
