Backend storage, prompts, memory, OAuth tokens, and account data, all sit in EU storage and never leave the EU at the storage layer. Jarvis is built by an EU founder, aligns with GDPR and the EU AI Act, encrypts tokens with AES-256-GCM, and never trains any model on your data. The one caveat: default inference routes to frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, whose providers process in US infrastructure under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and no-training terms.
