Memory is the layer most people mean by what Jarvis knows about you, and it is the most directly controllable. Because persistent memory is user-controlled, every entry got there through a deliberate store action, so the store is finite and reviewable. You can open it, see the facts and preferences Jarvis has retained, and delete any of them, or wipe everything. There is no hidden behavioral profile being learned in the background; the memory is the memory. Clearing it returns Jarvis to a blank-slate assistant that no longer recalls your context, which is exactly what you want before handing over a machine or starting fresh.
The second layer is the data Jarvis can reach on your behalf. Each connector you added, Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Calendar and the rest, holds an OAuth token encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in the backend. Disconnecting a connector inside Jarvis deletes that token, after which Jarvis can no longer read or act in that app. For belt-and-suspenders assurance you can also visit the app's own connected-apps page and revoke Jarvis there, which invalidates the grant at the source.
