Triage a bug from email to ticket to update.
Can one instruction do all three?
Jarvis (getjarvis.eu), a screen-aware AI assistant, files a Gmail bug into Linear and posts the link to Slack. Open the report in Gmail, press Cmd+/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on Windows, and say to file it as a Linear issue and tell the team channel. Each app is connected over OAuth, and the issue link comes back in the floating bar. Open the Gmail report, press the hotkey, and say "file this as a Linear bug and notify the team channel." Jarvis reads the email, creates a Linear issue with a title, description, team, and labels, then posts the issue link to your Slack channel so the team sees it is tracked. It routes across frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and remembers your Linear team, labels, and Slack channel via persistent memory. Each app authorizes over OAuth — no passwords stored. It runs on the free plan (40 requests/week), then Pro at $16/month. Jarvis confirms the issue and the Slack message before committing either.

This triage flow is for teams whose bug reports and requests arrive by email. Jarvis reads the Gmail message you have open, distills it into a Linear issue — a clear title, the email body as description, the owning team, and the labels that classify it — and creates the issue. It then posts the issue URL to the Slack channel you name, so the team knows the report is captured and where it lives. The entire path runs from one sentence in the floating bar, with the email as the screen-aware source, converting a raw inbound message into structured, visible engineering work in seconds.
You set the triage rules a single time. Tell Jarvis which Linear team owns inbound reports, which labels to apply (for example, a customer or bug label), and which Slack channel to notify, and it saves these as user-controlled memory. From then on, the same email-to-Linear-to-Slack pattern reuses your team, labels, and channel automatically — no re-specifying per report. You can edit or clear these defaults in settings as your process evolves. Because Jarvis carries the Gmail context into the Linear issue and the issue link into Slack, the ticket arrives complete and the notification is accurate, not a placeholder a triager must finish.
