How do I prep for meetings with AI?
Connect Google Calendar (or Outlook), Gmail, and Notion to Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) via OAuth, then ask Jarvis to prep you for any upcoming meeting. Press Cmd+/ on Mac or Ctrl+/ on Windows and type "prep me for my 2pm with Acme". Jarvis pulls the calendar event, every email thread with the attendees, any linked Notion docs, recent Slack messages with those people, and any open Linear tickets they own — then routes the synthesis to a frontier model for a focused brief. Output covers attendees + roles, recent context, open items to close, and suggested talking points. Persistent memory remembers your meeting prep style across sessions. OAuth tokens use AES-256-GCM and EU data residency for GDPR compliance. Free tier handles daily prep; Pro at $16/month and Unlimited at $32/month raise quotas.

Useful prep answers four questions in two minutes. Who am I meeting and what's their context? What have we already discussed? What's open between us? What should I say first? Jarvis runs the synthesis across connected sources: Google Calendar / Outlook for the event metadata (attendees, agenda, recurrence), Gmail / Outlook for thread history with each attendee, Notion / Google Drive for any docs linked from the invite or recently shared, Slack for recent messages with those people, Linear / Jira for open tickets they're involved in. The model — a frontier model by default — synthesizes into a focused brief: attendees with role and recent context, top 3 unresolved items, top 3 talking points based on what's outstanding. Latency: 15-45 seconds depending on how many connectors are active.
Install Jarvis (Mac, Windows, Linux). Sign in. In Settings → Integrations connect Google Calendar (or Outlook), Gmail, Slack, Notion, and any other relevant tools via OAuth. The more connectors active, the richer the prep. Each morning (or 15 minutes before a meeting) press Cmd+/ on Mac or Ctrl+/ on Windows. Type "prep me for my 2pm with Acme" or "what's my day look like — prep me". Jarvis returns a structured brief in the floating bar. For specific scenarios: "prep me for the customer call with Globex — focus on their open support issues" pulls from your support tool if connected; "prep me for the 1:1 with Alex — what's been on his mind?" pulls from Slack DMs. To save prep notes: "save this brief to my Notion meeting prep database" works if Notion is connected.
