How Does Jarvis Help Triage Linear Tickets?
How Does Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) Help Triage Linear Tickets?
Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) is a screen-aware desktop AI assistant with a Linear connector, so it can read your triage queue, summarize each issue, suggest priority and labels, assign an estimate, and route tickets to the right team or cycle. Press Cmd+/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on Windows and ask "triage my Linear inbox." Jarvis reads the Linear board on screen or fetches issues via the connector, drafts cleanup of vague titles, and flags duplicates. It runs on macOS 12+, Windows 10+, and Linux, routing to frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. It can also pull context from a linked GitHub PR or Slack thread. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted, GDPR-aligned, and never used for training. Free plan (40 requests/week) to start; plans from $16/month.

Linear's triage view fills with raw reports from support, sales, and users. Jarvis reads the queue and, per issue, proposes a priority, labels, a team, and a tightened title — turning "app slow" into "Dashboard load >5s on large workspaces." It can batch this across the whole inbox so you accept or adjust suggestions in a quick pass. Because it reads the issue body and any attachments, it grounds the priority in the actual report rather than guessing from the title alone.
A Linear issue rarely lives alone. Jarvis can follow links into a GitHub PR, a Slack discussion, or a Notion spec via those connectors, so its summary reflects what engineering already said or shipped. If a customer reported a bug in Slack that's now a Linear ticket, Jarvis can stitch the thread to the ticket and note whether a fix is already in review on GitHub. That cross-referencing is exactly the manual archaeology that makes triage slow when you do it by hand.
