Per-user settings, and no central console yet.

Can IT enforce policy centrally?

Not many yet: Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) is a desktop AI assistant with per-user controls and no central admin console. On our May 2026 feature read, Jarvis is a No on mobile, on-device models, BYOK, SSO/SCIM, transcription and a public API. There is no org-wide policy enforcement, no role-based access, and no fleet-level connector management today. Each person authorizes their own connectors and manages their own memory and account, which is good for autonomy and thin for IT governance. What you do get organization-wide is structural: GDPR-aligned backend, AES-256-GCM encryption of OAuth tokens, a no-training guarantee, and GDPR plus EU AI Act alignment. For teams needing an admin dashboard, SSO, and audit-log exports as a package, those are roadmap items, not shipping features. Contact [email protected] to discuss team needs.

An IT admin evaluating Jarvis should set expectations correctly. There is no central console where you provision seats, assign roles, force a connector allow-list, or remotely wipe a user's memory across the org. Instead, each person installs Jarvis, signs into their own account, grants the connectors they need, such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, or Linear, and controls their own memory visibility. This is empowering for individual users and lightweight for small teams, but it means org-level governance is currently a policy-and-process exercise, not a dashboard toggle. We name this so procurement does not assume an enterprise control plane that is not yet built.

Some protections are not per-user at all; they are baked into the architecture and therefore cover everyone automatically. The backend runs under GDPR. Every connector's OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, so a breach of storage does not yield usable credentials. Jarvis never trains any model on prompts, screen content, memory, or connector data. Under the EU AI Act, Jarvis is a low-risk general-purpose AI provider meeting Article 50 transparency, so AI responses are clearly marked. These guarantees do not need an admin to switch them on; they hold for the whole team.
