What Can Jarvis Actually Do With Google Sheets?

Quite a lot. Press Cmd+/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows) and say "log this expense to my budget sheet" or "summarize column C" while looking at any window. Jarvis routes the work to frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google to interpret the data, generate formulas, or extract figures from what's on your screen into the spreadsheet. It can append data captured from an email or webpage without you switching apps. Tokens are encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest on GDPR-aligned infrastructure under GDPR, and your spreadsheet data is never used for training. After a free plan (40 requests/week), Jarvis is $16/month.

Jarvis can fetch a specific range — "what's the total in the revenue tab?" — and return the value inline, or write into the sheet: appending a row, updating a cell, or filling a column. Because it's screen-aware, you can have an invoice open and say "add this amount and vendor to my tracker," and Jarvis parses both from the screenshot and writes them in the right columns. It understands sheet and tab names you mention, so you don't need to navigate there first.

Beyond moving data, Jarvis reasons over it. Ask it to spot the highest value, compute a month-over-month change, or draft a formula like a SUMIF, and the routed model handles the logic. It can summarize a messy sheet into plain language or suggest the formula text for you to paste. For repetitive logging — expenses, leads, time entries — Jarvis becomes a voice-and-keyboard front end to your spreadsheet, capturing structured data from whatever you're reading without manual copy-paste.
