The database and your stored memory are held on GDPR-aligned infrastructure with your data stored in the EU; the application servers that run the agent loop are in the US. The operator, founder Mihai Matei in Romania, chose GDPR-aligned infrastructure for stored data rather than defaulting to a US database region, so account records, conversation history, the persistent memory you can inspect and edit, and the encrypted connector tokens live on GDPR-aligned infrastructure in the EU. The application servers that run the agent loop are US-based. For European users and companies this removes a common worry with American AI products, where stored data routinely crosses the Atlantic and falls under different legal regimes.
Model inference is the one place where data briefly reaches the providers behind frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to compute an answer. Only the prompt and any single screenshot for that request are sent, never your account or stored memory wholesale, and the providers are contractually barred from training on it. The durable record of you, your memory and history, is stored on EU database infrastructure; the model providers and the US-based application servers act as processors for that turn, not as the home of your data.
