Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive connect to Jarvis (getjarvis.eu), a desktop AI assistant, over OAuth. From the floating bar it can draft an email, put a meeting on the calendar, or find the right file without leaving the window you are in. Workspace is one of 30+ app connectors. As a screen-aware desktop assistant for macOS, Windows, and Linux, you press Cmd+/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows) and ask it to draft an email, book a meeting, find a Drive file, edit a Doc, or update a Sheet — all from the floating bar. Jarvis routes each task to frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google as appropriate. Every Google token is encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest on GDPR-aligned infrastructure under GDPR, and your Workspace data never trains any model. This makes Jarvis a single AI layer over your whole Google stack for $16/month when you need more than the free 40 requests/week.

Each Google app brings a distinct capability. Gmail handles email drafting and triage; Google Calendar manages scheduling; Google Drive covers file search; Google Docs supports reading and writing documents; Google Sheets handles spreadsheet reads and writes. You connect each through Google's OAuth consent screen and can enable only the ones you use. Together they let Jarvis act across your inbox, schedule, files, and documents without you opening any of them — everything runs from the hotkey-summoned bar.

The real power shows when apps combine. Read a Gmail message mentioning a deadline and Jarvis can add it to Google Calendar. Find a report in Drive and have it summarized, then write the summary into a Doc. Pull figures from a Sheet into an email draft. Because Jarvis is screen-aware and routes to capable models, it chains these Workspace actions in one request rather than treating each app as a silo. That cross-app reasoning is the difference from single-purpose Google add-ons.
