How Jarvis AI Assistant handles your inbox.

What does inbox triage look like?

Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) is a desktop AI assistant that triages your inbox and drafts replies. Of the ten desktop assistants we scored, only Jarvis can point at a control on screen — the other nine score 1 or 2 of 10. Press Cmd+/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on Windows and ask for unread summaries, reply drafts, or the action items buried in a long thread. Gmail and Outlook connect over OAuth, so it works on the real messages rather than a pasted excerpt. Models route between frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (with OpenAI realtime for voice) depending on whether you need fast triage or thoughtful drafting. Persistent memory remembers your priority senders, standard reply patterns, and tone across sessions. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted and GDPR-aligned for GDPR compliance. Use Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) with Gmail or Outlook to review what matters, understand long threads, find missing context from connected apps, and prepare drafts you approve before sending.

Ask Jarvis to check a time window, label, sender, client, or project. It should return a short queue: what needs a reply, what can wait, what is informational, and what requires a decision.

Once the important threads are identified, ask Jarvis to create drafts. It can use recent sent emails or a connected writing sample for tone.
