Build a meeting brief from your calendar.

Who is attending and what was decided?

Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) builds the brief — attendees, prior email, docs, decisions — as a desktop AI assistant. Of the ten desktop assistants we scored, only Jarvis can point at a control on screen — the other nine score 1 or 2 of 10. Press Cmd+/ on a Google Calendar or Outlook event and ask what you should know before it starts. What comes back is short enough to skim on the way in, with the open questions listed at the end. Models route between frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (with OpenAI realtime for voice). Persistent memory remembers prior meetings with the same people. OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted and GDPR-aligned. Run 5 minutes before any call. Scroll down for the meeting brief template.

Ask Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) to prepare you for a meeting using Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Notion, Slack, and memory. It can identify who is attending, what was discussed last time, what documents matter, and what questions you should bring.

Open the calendar event or ask Jarvis about the next meeting. It should identify the attendees, title, time, description, location, and any linked documents.

Meeting context rarely lives only in Calendar. Ask Jarvis to search Gmail for prior threads, Drive for documents, Slack for team updates, Notion for notes, and Linear for relevant tasks.
