Action items hide in phrases like "can you take a look" or "let's finalize by Friday." Jarvis reads the visible emails and surfaces these as explicit to-dos, distinguishing what you owe from what others owe you. It infers due dates from natural language and flags items with no deadline so you can set one. Because it reads rendered messages, it catches asks buried deep in a forwarded chain that a subject-line filter would never find.
Not every action belongs in the same tool. Jarvis lets you send personal follow-ups to Todoist, team work to Asana or ClickUp, engineering items to Linear, and meeting requests straight to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. You can batch-approve the list or accept items one by one. With user-controlled memory, Jarvis learns your routing habits, for example that client emails always generate an Asana task plus a calendar reminder, and pre-fills accordingly.
