Three steps. (1) Download Jarvis-3.2.0.dmg from getjarvis.eu/download. The dmg is signed with a valid Apple Developer ID and notarized through Apple's notary service, so Gatekeeper accepts it without a "unidentified developer" warning. (2) Open the .dmg and drag Jarvis to Applications. (3) Open Jarvis from Applications or Launchpad. macOS will ask for Screen Recording permission (revokable any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording) — required for screen-aware queries. Sign in with email and password. The first launch is ~10 seconds; subsequent launches are sub-second. Updates are downloaded silently and applied on next launch, no admin password needed. Cmd+/ opens the floating bar from any app.
