Can Jarvis Manage Asana Tasks And Projects?

Yes. Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) connects to Asana via OAuth and can create tasks, assign them, set due dates, add them to projects, and update their status. As a screen-aware desktop assistant for macOS, Windows, and Linux, you press Cmd+/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows) and say "add this to the Marketing project in Asana, due Friday, assigned to me." Jarvis reads the context on your screen and uses frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google to write a clean task with the right details. It can also mark tasks complete or add a comment. The Asana token is encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest on GDPR-aligned infrastructure under GDPR, and your project data never trains any model. After a free plan (40 requests/week), Jarvis is $16/month — one price for Asana plus every other connector.

Jarvis turns loose intent into a structured Asana task. From a meeting note or an email on screen, say "create a follow-up task," and it drafts the title, populates notes with the relevant detail, and slots it into the project, section, assignee, and due date you specify. Because the routed model parses your phrasing, "due end of next week" or "assign to Sarah" resolves correctly. You capture work the moment it comes up rather than letting it slip while you finish another app.

Beyond creation, Jarvis updates existing Asana work. Ask it to "mark the design task done," "bump the deadline to Monday," or "comment on the launch task that assets are ready," and it applies the change via the API. It can also read a project and tell you what's overdue or unassigned. This lets you run light project hygiene — status updates, reassignments, comments — without leaving whatever you're focused on, using just the hotkey and natural language.
