What Can Jarvis Do In ClickUp?

Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) connects to ClickUp via OAuth and can create tasks, set statuses, assign people, add due dates, and update existing items across your spaces and lists. As a screen-aware desktop assistant for macOS, Windows, and Linux, you press Cmd+/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows) and say "create a ClickUp task in the Dev list for this issue, status To Do." Jarvis uses frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google to convert what's on your screen into a clear, well-fielded task. It can also move a task to a new status or add a comment when you ask. The ClickUp token is encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest on GDPR-aligned infrastructure under GDPR, and your workspace data never trains any model. ClickUp's hierarchy of spaces, folders, and lists can be fiddly to navigate. With Jarvis you just name where the task belongs — "in the Marketing space, Q3 list" — and it places the task there with the title and description drawn from your screen context. You can set the status, priority, assignee, and due date in one sentence. The routed model handles the parsing, so capturing a task from an email or chat into the right corner of ClickUp takes seconds, not clicks.

Jarvis maintains existing ClickUp work too. Ask it to "move the API task to In Review," "reassign the bug to me," or "add a comment that staging is fixed," and it applies the change through the API.
