How Long Does Jarvis Retain My Data After I Stop Using It?

Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) keeps your data only as long as your account is active and you choose to keep it. Your persistent memory and chat history live on the EU backend until you delete them or close your account, at which point they are purged. There is no perpetual hidden archive: screenshots are transient request context, not retained files, and connector data (Gmail, Slack, Notion) is fetched per task and discarded. Because Jarvis never trains on your inputs, nothing about you persists inside frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Under GDPR you can also demand erasure on a defined timeline. Two retention rules apply. Memory and conversation history are durable by design, because the whole point is continuity across sessions, so they persist until you act. Everything else is transient: a screenshot exists only for the request that needs it, and connector content lives in a short working copy that is dropped after the answer. So even while your account is active, the only thing accumulating is the memory and history you can see and edit yourself.

Simply not opening Jarvis does not silently expand what it stores. There is no background sync harvesting your machine while you are away, and no growth in retained data without your prompts. If you stop paying and your subscription lapses, your account and its stored memory remain available to you to export or delete; abandoning it does not automatically erase it, which protects you from losing work, but you can wipe it whenever you want.
