Ahead of a meeting, Jarvis reads the Google Calendar or Outlook invite, opens the linked agenda in Google Docs, and pulls the relevant Gmail thread, Notion page, or Linear issue. In one prompt it produces a one-page brief: attendees, the open decisions, and what changed since last time. For recurring meetings, persistent memory surfaces the prior session's action items, so you're never reconstructing context from scratch. The whole prep happens in the floating bar instead of across six browser tabs.
While the meeting runs, Jarvis takes notes from what's on your screen — live captions, the slide deck, the shared doc, the chat panel. You can nudge it to flag a decision or an action item as it happens. Because it reads context rather than joining as a recording bot, there's no audio capture and no participant consent issue.
