Jarvis (getjarvis.eu) for Mac ships as a signed, notarised .dmg that runs on macOS 12 Monterey and newer. There are native builds for Apple Silicon — M1, M2, M3 and M4 — and a separate Intel build, so nothing runs through Rosetta and the download page hands you the right architecture automatically. A .zip of the same app is published alongside the disk image for anyone who scripts their installs.

Installing takes about a minute. Open the .dmg, drag Jarvis into Applications, and launch it from there. Because the build is notarised by Apple, Gatekeeper opens it without the "unidentified developer" detour that unsigned Mac apps hit on first run.

Then connect one daily app (Gmail, Slack, Notion, or Apple Notes and Calendar, which work natively on macOS without OAuth) and ask something that needs it.

If something goes wrong: a bar that summons but answers "I can’t see your screen" means Screen Recording permission is missing — grant it under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, then relaunch. A hotkey that does nothing usually means Accessibility permission is missing from the same panel. Both prompts appear once, on first launch, and the app explains each before macOS shows it.

Updates on the Mac build install automatically in the background — you download the .dmg once and the app keeps itself current from then on. The same account works on Windows and Linux machines too, with memory and connected apps shared across them, so switching hardware later costs nothing.
